After a couple requests, we decided to let ya'll see what we see when we look out our windows. A little taste of Kentucky. We love the summers because everything is so green and pretty. It may look like we live in a forest, but we're actually only 5 minutes from downtown.
Alexa has the most beautiful blue eyes. She also loves her binky and often puts it back in her mouth upside down. It's pretty cute to see her bottom lip sticking out!
We took Alexa swimming for the first time. She wasn't quite sure what to think about it and ended up crying after just a few minutes. She was much happier sunbathing instead!
Our baby girl is now six months old. Doesn't she look adorable in her daddy's hat???
Okay, so we didn't actually get to go up but we did get to get in the basket. Kevin's uncle's company has a hot air balloon that they brought out at the Family Reunion. All the kids loved it...even us big kids who insisted on getting in the basket! :-)
We had fun spending time with family at the Mortenson Family Reunion a couple weekends ago. Alexa got to see horses for the first time.
Kevin's brother, David, graduated from the U of L School of Dentristy this month...something we have to look forward to in 3 more loooooong years. :-) Congrats Dave!!
Now that the weather is so enjoyable, we've been trying to get outside as often as possible. Alexa LOVES being outside so whenever she's fussy, we just head on outdoors!
