Well, we just got home from Alexa's wellness checkup and everything is great. She's completely recovered from the various illnesses she had last week and everything else looks good too. She currently weighs in at 24 lbs 14 oz and is 32 1/4 inches long...so she's only gained 1 lb since she turned 1, but she's grown almost3 inches. She got one booster shot today and now doesn't have to go back until she's 4!!! Yay!
Wow...has it REALLY been 18 months since Alexa came into our world??? It seems like she's been with us forever, yet only a split second at the same time. We couldn't imagine our lives without her. She is the most precious thing to us and she keeps us smiling and laughing every day. We love her sweet little personality that shines through on a daily basis. She's talking more and more every day which is so much fun. We have her 18 month checkup tomorrow so I'll have to post tomorrow to update you on her current stats....even though we were at the doctor TWICE last week due to illness. Oh well, such is life, right??!! We're just so thankful that she's feeling better and is back to her normal, happy self! We love you Alexa, more than we could ever say! Happy 18 Months!
This is actually a tamed down version of Alexa's usual show! She absolutely LOVES to dance and has quite the repertoire of moves!!
Alexa is a big help and support to her daddy who is busy studying for boards right now!! Kevin takes his exam on June 27th and is using all his spare time to prepare....obviously some of that has rubbed off on Alexa!!
